These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchases from our store. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site — but we'd rather you email us with your concern so we can help: abderostore@gmail.com.

1. Who Can Order

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Our Products

Every ABDERO item is made to order — produced specifically for you after you purchase. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color, print placement, and sizing are a normal part of on-demand production and are described in our Refund Policy. We do our best to display colors accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen shows them exactly as printed.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in error, or involve a pricing or listing mistake. If we cancel your order, you will always receive a full refund of anything you paid. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has been confirmed.

We may update prices, products, and promotions at any time without notice. Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless stated.

4. Order Changes & Cancellation

You may cancel or change your order free of charge before production begins (usually within a few hours). Once production starts, your item is being made specifically for you and can no longer be changed or cancelled. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Shipping, Risk & Delivery

Shipping terms, timelines, and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon the carrier's confirmed delivery to the shipping address you provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, graphics, logos, product photos, text, and the ABDERO name — is our property or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our content or designs for any commercial purpose without our written permission. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of that physical item, not of the design printed on it.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, to submit false or misleading information, or to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for these reasons.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

Our store is powered by third-party services (including our e-commerce platform, payment processors, and production and shipping partners). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from our site. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers — we never see or store your full card details.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. This does not affect any product guarantees described in our Refund Policy or any warranties required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or reduces any consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Where these Terms conflict with such laws, your legal rights prevail.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier or customs disruptions, pandemics, war, or failures of third-party services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of our site.

15. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Before any formal dispute, you agree to contact us first at abderostore@gmail.com and give us a chance to resolve the issue — we resolve almost everything this way, quickly.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
